DELIVERY POLICY

We want to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Therefore, we process all orders within 2-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. In case of a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in shipment, but we'll make sure to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Please allow for additional time for delivery, especially if you're in a remote area. If there's a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we'll contact you via email to keep you informed.



RETURNS (Refunds and Exchanges)

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, please don't hesitate to contact us. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange with a valid receipt.

To ensure that you're eligible for a refund or exchange, please make sure that the item is in a re-saleable condition. This means that it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including all tags and packaging.

REFUNDS 

We understand that it's important for you to stay updated on the status of your returned item. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email to let you know we've received it. We'll also keep you informed on whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, we'll process it promptly and credit the funds back to your original method of payment within 14 calendar days.

EXCHANGE 

We want to make sure you receive the best quality products from our company. If, unfortunately, you receive a defective or damaged item, we're happy to replace it for you. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email to hello@throttlebeast.com
